I had an amazing stay at this villa! The welcome I received exceeded all my expectations. The accommodation was beautiful and spotlessly clean, with luxurious extras like a complete dinner service and a variety of glasses. After a long journey, it was delightful to find tea, coffee, milk, scones. The complimentary slippers were a nice touch. The location was absolutely stunning and felt very secure. I loved the lovely outside features, and the peaceful sitting area was perfect for relaxing in the evening. The villa's central location made it easy for me to explore all of Cornwall's attractions. The fully equipped kitchen and spacious living area were perfect for a family like mine. I also appreciated the free Wi-Fi and Sky TV. I highly recommend this villa for a fantastic holiday experience.

We had a fantastic stay at the Stables @ the Old Vicarage Villa. the location was perfect, and the exceptional dwelling made us feel secure, especially with our kids. Diane, our hostess, was extremely helpful and had excellent communication throughout our holiday. We were pleasantly surprised to be greeted with delicious scones, Cornish cream, and jam upon our arrival. the two toilet/bathrooms were a treat, not something advertised on the listing, but definitely a bonus. the facilities exceeded our expectations, with TVs in every room, Sky TV, an Aga, washing machine. All in all, a wonderful experience!
Can't think of anything 😊.

We had an amazing time at this stunning property! the pictures don't do it justice - everything was spotlessly clean and brand new. Diane, our host, was very welcoming and gave us plenty of helpful information about the local area. the setting is absolutely beautiful, and we particularly enjoyed visiting Pendeen lighthouse. We also loved the convenience of having a family-friendly pub, the North Inn, within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again.
Felt like part of the family, no complaints whatsoever.

We had an amazing time staying at Stables @ The Old Vicarage. The welcome we received upon arrival was warm and friendly. Despite arriving early, the accommodation was ready for us, which was a pleasant surprise. We enjoyed a lovely drink at the nearby Trewellard Arms pub while waiting. The accommodation itself was immaculate with a spacious kitchen equipped with all the appliances we needed, including an Aga. The open living room with Sky TV was perfect for relaxing. The two bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable and clean. We also loved the peaceful outdoor sitting area with a barbecue. The location of the accommodation was ideal, allowing us to easily explore many attractions in Cornwall, including Lands End, Minack Theatre, St Michaels Mount. The nearby North Inn pub served delicious meals, and we highly recommend their Sunday dinner. We also enjoyed a tasty Chinese take away from the Red Star in St Just. it was a holiday we will never forget, and we felt so welcome and valued during our stay. We want to extend our gratitude to Diane and Stew for making our stay so enjoyable. We highly recommend this accommodation as it offers great value for money and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
The mezzanine bedroom can get warm at night due to the Aga, and the noise from rain can be a bit disruptive. Additionally, it would have been great to have a fan as the evenings were becoming hot.

The cottage itself was in excellent condition and very clean. The furnishings were tasteful and the kitchen was well-equipped with all the appliances we needed. We also appreciated the welcome pack of clotted cream, strawberry jam, and milk. The location of the cottage was ideal for exploring the southern end of Cornwall and it was tucked away in a peaceful and quiet area. Additionally, the host, Diane, was very helpful and provided us with lots of information about the Cornwall attractions.
That the evenings could get quite hot and there was no fan provided in the cottage. Also, the mobile network coverage was very poor and we couldn't receive any OTPs.

The location of this lovely little house is excellent, providing easy access to many beautiful places. The hosts were lovely and provided great tips for exploring the area. The property was exceptionally clean and the decor was a perfect blend of modern and traditional. The Aga in the kitchen was a bonus and the TV in the kids' room was a nice touch. Having two bathrooms made things easier for our family of four. a definite gem with great facilities and a warm welcome.
The lack of reliable WiFi for one night was a minor inconvenience, but the overall experience at this property was still enjoyable.
